A note about our program:

The dogs at Outline are proven workers. These are not strictly push dogs. There are no "brood bitches". Each dog is tested on livestock, and works multiple classes of livestock, from sheep, rams, ewes with lambs, to feeder cattle, dry cows and cow/calves. I select and breed for an all around ranch dog. Trialing is a bonus. First and foremost my dogs must prove themselves on cattle. Each dog is going to have their strengths and weaknesses, and knowing what those are is how I make breeding decisions to further each cross. All pups and young dogs that are held back for my program are prospects until they prove their worth.

These are purpose bred dogs and their purpose is working cattle.
